Job Description
· Design prototypes as per the R&D worksheet and work orders.
· Oversee the rework scrap process and ensure the proper usage of materials for design.
· Maintain a rework challan book daily to track materials used in rework.

· Collaborate with the design department to ensure designs align with production capabilities and requirements.
· Review and analyse AutoCAD 2D drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
· Study and interpret design drawings for new product development.
· Supervise the development of special products and ensure they meet quality standards before production.
· Perform quality inspections on products during design, development, and production stages
· Ensure that all production processes comply with the company’s quality standards and guidelines.
· Track and document any defects or non-conformities and provide solutions for improvement.
· Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of quality-assured products.
· Develop and maintain quality reports for analysis and process improvement.
· Ensure all raw materials and finished products meet quality standards.
· Implement and oversee quality control systems across all production stages
· Conduct regular inspections and audits of production equipment and processes.
· Supervise the quality team, providing guidance and training on quality standards.
· Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
