AGENCY DEVELOPER MANAGER :
An agency sales manager’s primary responsibility is to manage agency channel sales for the company.
He/ she is responsible for managing agents, training agents and achieving sales targets for the team.
The Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.
- Training, motivating and development of team members.
- organizing sales visits
- demonstrating and presenting products
- establishing new business
- maintaining accurate records
- attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- reviewing sales performance
- aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
DIRECT MANAGER :
The Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to the customer
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis
- Cross sell and up sell Max Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
- Strict adherence to organizations policies and processes.
- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
