Roles and Responsibilities :
- Business Expansion : Work on our franchise leads to onboard new franchise partners interested in delivering career counselling and educational services.
- Business Development & Sales: Collaborate with franchise partners on local marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, boost enrolments, and increase revenue.
- Service Quality & Training: Monitor the performance of franchisees, offering guidance and support to enhance counselling effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Key Skills Required :
- Good experience in business development & expanding franchise networks
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to build network.
