Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust server architectures utilizing virtualization, cloud services, and on-premises solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Lead a team of server administrators, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Oversee performance monitoring and capacity planning to ensure high availability and reliability of server systems.
- Manage system upgrades and patching processes to maintain security compliance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Serve as the point of escalation for complex server issues, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems efficiently.

Experience :
5+ years of experience in server administration
Education :

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, RHCE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus.
