Roles and Responsibilities :
- Shift Operations Management: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring production goals are met within the shift.
- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Quality Control: Ensure all solar panels meet quality standards through rigorous inspections and testing.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
- Reporting: Prepare daily production reports and track team performance and production data.
Key Skills Required:
Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar panel manufacturing or a similar role in production.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
