- Employment Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring physical presence at our Vesu, Surat location. The role demands complete commitment to in-office operations with no work-from-home provisions. Employment begins after successful completion of interview process and background verification. - Work Schedule:
The position requires working 6 days weekly from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with one fixed weekly off. Shift timings may occasionally extend during peak seasons or special events. Employees must report 15 minutes before shift commencement for proper handover. - Compensation Package:
The monthly salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹35,000, determined by:
Candidate’s experience level (minimum 2 years mandatory)
Performance during the interview process
Demonstrated skills during probation period
Salary will be credited by the 7th of each month via bank transfer only.
- Leave Policy:
Employees are entitled to:
1 fixed weekly off (day determined by roster)
12 casual leaves annually (with prior approval)
