Primary Job
Providing technical support to the clients via different modes i.e. telephonic, chat, Email etc.
Majorly handle the software support calls from the clients.
Handle software customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limit.
Take remote desktop using any desk and help to solve software queries.
Good knowledge of Report Designing in Data report is an added advantage.
Software training will be provided.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and software’s
Troubleshooting, software and Windows OS configuration.
Candidate must be good with Gujarati, Hindi and English communication skills along with pleasing personality.
Candidates with Software or IT background only apply.
