Roles and Responsibilities:
Advise clients on suitable travel options based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Plan and organize complete travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and insurance.
Stay up-to-date on travel regulations, entry requirements, and local conditions for various destinations.
Provide support for travel-related issues, such as cancellations, delays, or rebookings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Promote travel packages, special offers, and upsell additional services.
Coordinate with vendors, tour operators, and airlines for best rates and schedules.
Maintain detailed client records, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly under pressure.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
