Roles and Responsibilities :
• Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs for various projects (fashion, catalog, e-commerce, marketing, etc.)
• Perform background removal, image masking, and color correction
• Create promotional banners, product images, and visual content as per brand guidelines
• Manipulate and combine images creatively for marketing and social media needs
• Ensure high-quality output and consistency across all edited images
• Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines
• Maintain organized file systems for edited images and original files
Key Skills Required :
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
- • Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Lightroom) is a plus
- • Good understanding of image composition, color balancing, lighting correction, and detailing • Strong creativity and attention to detail
- • Ability to handle bulk editing and meet daily/weekly targets
- • Basic understanding of social media and e-commerce image standards (optional but helpful)
