The Test Administrator is responsible for administrating all aspects of the testing operations in assigned test center of Pearson Professional Centers by providing high quality on-site service in accordance with strict operational policies and procedures of the examination processes. Open to work in flexible hours between Monday to Sunday (weekend working).

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time chat and email support to customers, addressing technical queries and concerns.
- Assist clients in renewing software subscriptions and ensuring smooth software usage.
- Analyze client requests and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Create, manage, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Perform manual testing of software to identify bugs and report them to the development team.
- Configure firewalls and other security settings as required.
- Provide remote support for software installation, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Only fresher candidates and those with graduation in software field should apply.
Strong written communication skills in English (grammatically correct).
Ability to identify client needs and provide prompt and effective solutions.
Basic knowledge of software applications, troubleshooting, and system configurations.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
