Roles and Responsibilities :
· Ensure compliance of RM to an established Quality Standards. Quality Checks are planned & carried out.
· To Attend Raw Material problems and to take up with supplier to resolve them.
· To control the Quality of Incoming Raw material & to carry out developments in quality of Raw material.
· To approve release of In-coming unverified material for urgent production purposes under Positive Recall.
· To conduct / carry out internal calibration of lab instruments under the guidance of HOD QA.
· Should follow the 5S & IMS in the company.
Experience :
5 yrs of experience for same field.
Education :
Masterbatch industries.
Edu- diploma in plastic engineering/ graduation in plastic engineering/Bsc.
