Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding visa options, requirements, and processes for various countries.
- Assist clients with completing visa application forms, ensuring all supporting documents are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Guide clients through the visa application process, explaining timelines, embassy requirements, and any legal considerations.
- Stay up-to-date with changing immigration laws, visa policies, and country-specific travel regulations.
- Monitor and track visa application progress, communicating updates and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by offering professional, clear, and timely responses to client queries.
- Handle and manage documentation for individual and group visa applications.
- Ensure compliance with international visa procedures and regulations, working closely with embassies and consulates.
- Maintain a well-organized record of all client interactions, applications, and visa-related documents.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after visa approval, including advice on post-arrival requirements (e.g., work permits, residence permits, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments, such as travel planning, to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
