Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
- Explain loan products and services to customers.
- Schedule appointments for field sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and leads in the system.
- Follow up with customers for documentation and queries.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident & positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
Experience :
