Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering accurate financial reports. 1. Financial Reporting and Analysis o Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. o Monitor and report on key financial metrics and trends.

Qualifications and Skills & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
