Roles and Responsibilities:
Billing & Revenue Cycle Management:
Oversee and monitor daily patient billing for IPD, OPD, lab, pharmacy, and other hospital services.
Reconcile billing discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all patient invoices.
Coordinate with front office and billing teams for smooth financial operations.
TPA & Insurance Management:
Handle TPA (Third Party Administrator) payments and insurance claims.
Track pending and approved claims, and follow up with TPAs for timely reimbursements.
Maintain detailed records of insurance transactions and settlements.
Requirements Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of TPA processes, hospital billing software, and financial regulations in healthcare.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting tools.
Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and payroll systems
