Roles and Responsibilities :
- Customer Support: Manage inquiries and resolve issues via text, email
- Data Entry: Maintain and update information accurately in our database.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare reports and keep records organized.
- Basic Video Editing: Learn and apply fundamental video editing skills as part of the role (training provided).
- Social Media Tasks: Assist with basic social media-related activities.
- Adaptability: Take on varied responsibilities with a willingness to learn and grow.
Average communication :
English (Preferred)
Education :
Fluent in English (written).
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office.
Tech-savvy with at least 1 year of computer experience.
Eagerness to learn video editing (no prior experience required—training will be provided).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
