Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:
Develop and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Track conversion rates and optimize ads for better ROI.
Implement remarketing strategies.
Website & E-Commerce Management:
Ensure website is up to date, mobile-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Collaborate with web developers for UI/UX enhancements.
Manage online product listings and e-commerce platforms if applicable.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights for data-driven decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
SEO & SEM Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic ranking.
Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
Analyze website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Create and manage social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor and respond to customer interactions and inquiries.
Content Marketing:
Collaborate with medical and content teams to create high-quality, informative content (blogs, infographics, videos, email newsletters).
Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and content management systems.
Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
