Responding promptly to customer inquiries & Maintain good customer relationship by Acknowledging and resolving all walk in queries.
To present the wide range of products displayed in our company and interact with them.
To handle international customers From Video Shopping Features (Facetime, WhatsApp, Skype, Facebook)
Engage with customers to educate them on Latest Fashion trends and provide options that suit their requirement most appropriately in order to increase sales leads.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support & Demonstrate customer understanding to build trust and identify new relevant clients.
Strong Follow-up required on all the assigned cases, Other E-commerce activities & Administrative Task Completion . We have available Ecommerce executive jobs in surat.
Other Requirements :
Strong & Fluent English communication Skills
Vehicle is compulsory because of Early/Late shift timings
Employee will get Weekly off (As Saturday & Sunday will remain as working day)
