Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage a team of accountants. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and proficiency in Tally ERP and other accounting software.

Maintain general ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
Handle accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Keep updated with financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Assign tasks, review financial reports, and provide guidance.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial planning and decision-making.
Audit & Financial Reporting
Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Assist in internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for business decisions.
Export Documentation
Handle export documentation, bank coordination, and forex transactions.
Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA-Finance preferred).
5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
