We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and application issues.
Respond to help desk requests via ticketing system, email, phone, or in-person.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including operating systems, printers, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, email, and network connectivity.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or third-party vendors.
Maintain IT documentation including user guides, asset inventories, and troubleshooting procedures.
