We have available legal jobs in surat Drafting, vetting, review of various commercial Agreements. Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to the company’s operations.
- Application and Prosecution drafting of intellectual property rights including Trademarks and Copyrights.
- Assisting to Panel Advocate regarding litigation matters by gathering documents and preparing legal documents.
- Developing, Monitoring and implementing Legal document management processes to ensure systematic records.
- Provide general legal support to various departments within the company.
- Maintenance of Legal database, MIS, Agreements, Letter Head etc.

Key Skills Required:
Experience in drafting, vetting and review of agreements.

- Well versed with MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and cross-functional teams.
