Duties & responsibilities

Identify targeted market potential and develop, expand and increase the sale.
Reviewing client financial records, credit histories, and employment information to determine loan eligibility.
Performing credit analysis to evaluate risk and recommend loan terms that fit within both the client’s and the lender’s requirements.
Must handle with care and do not misuse all accessories, equipment, electronic items, as well as confidential information and material belongs to the company.
A) Market Research & Development

Ø Analyzing industry trends, competitors offer and market conditions to ensure that the organization’s loan products remain competitive. This includes identifying and responding to changes in interest rates and economic conditions.

Ø Explaining different loan products, understand client need and align client needs and best available options.

Ø Keep total track of available loan options in the market, interest rate, legal formalities requirement, tenure of the loan, so that timely and accurate guidelines provide to the clients.

Ø Cros selling of other financial products like FD, Insurance, Investment etc.

B) Coordination and Process alignment with Back Office

Ø Ensuring that all necessary documents are collected and submitted.

Ø Reviewing applications for accuracy and completeness before submission to CRO.

Ø Keep total track on Government rules and regulations and ensure that are maintain in loan process.

Ø Managing approval process for loans, especially complex or high-value loans.

Ø Seminar and training arrangement in respective regions if needed

Ø Working closely with CRO to clarify any questions about a client’s application or financial background.

Ø Facilitating the loan approval process by ensuring all necessary information is available and accurate.

Ø Overseeing the management of non-performing loans and the collection process. This includes taking action to the minimize default, working with the Back-office team to recover outstanding of loan balance and restructuring the loan if necessary.

Ø Loan Executive set clear and measurable goals for business growth both in terms of acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships

Ø Assisting clients in understanding the disbursement process and guiding them through the steps required to close a loan.

Ø Ensuring all documents are signed, funds are disbursed, and payment terms are set up as per the loan agreement.

Ø Aiding clients for loan-related questions or issues that may arise after disbursement.

Ø Assisting clients with loan modifications, restructuring, or repayment challenges if needed. Ensuring that all loan activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Ø Keeping accurate records of all client interactions, loan documents, and communication logs. Proper maintaining and servicing direct/indirect clients.

Ø We must ensure timely service support to clients.

Ø Commercial offer preparation for proposed clients subject to approval of higher management prior to submission of offer to the client.

Ø Preparation of Business Planning well in advance.

Ø Responsible for investigation of Customer Complain, to resolve the same & avoid repetition.

Ø Prepare and submit timely and accurate Loan application file.

Ø Prepare Monthly data on loan performance, credit risk and operational performance and submit to immediate head.

F) Utilize analytical data and update the client details:

Ø Regularly update the data of direct/indirect clients as well as proposed clients in Company master data sheet.

Ø Use CRM effectively and other analytical tools and data available on Company’s desk for business development.
