Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients to remind them of overdue payments.
Negotiate payment terms and resolve any disputes.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
Collaborate with the accounts team to update payment statuses.
Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and collections progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
Knowledge of textile industry operations is a plus.
