Roles and Responsibilities :
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop responsive web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the applications.
Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and tools.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain the stability of existing applications.
Work in an agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Key Skills Required :
Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
