Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on domestic travel packages, destinations, transportation options, and accommodations.
Help clients with booking domestic flights, trains, buses, hotels, and other travel services.
Provide expert knowledge on various domestic travel locations, including their culture, attractions, and amenities.
Customize travel itineraries according to client preferences and budgets.
Handle travel-related inquiries, assist with travel documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Resolve client issues or complaints related to travel bookings or experiences.
Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other travel-related services to offer the best deals and packages to clients.
Keep updated with the latest trends and updates in the domestic travel industry.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all bookings, changes, and cancellations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the travel industry, specifically in domestic travel.
Fluency in both Gujarati, Hindi and English is a must (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Knowledge of domestic travel trends, destinations, and services.
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
Attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a travel agency or with travel management companies.
Knowledge of various domestic airlines, railways, and bus services in India.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for the travel industry.
Working Hours: 11AM to 8PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
