This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
